| In the contemporary world, psychological disorders are one of the most important challenges for the health system. Increasing social pressures, economic problems, family tensions, identity crises, and stressful lifestyles have led to a significant increase in the incidence of disorders such as depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and mental burnout. In the past, the treatment of these disorders focused more on pharmacological and biological approaches, but today, researchers believe that human health is a multidimensional concept and is not limited to physical health. Meanwhile, spiritual health, as one of the important dimensions of health, has found a special place in psychological and behavioral science studies. Spiritual health can play an important role in reducing psychological trauma and increasing the quality of life by creating a sense of meaning, hope, peace, and purpose in life. Many studies have shown that people with higher levels of spirituality are more resilient in the face of life crises and are less susceptible to mental disorders. |
