| Hybrid warfare is a form of warfare that utilizes all possible aspects of war to defeat the enemy or collapse governments and states. Today's wars, which are primarily hybrid warfare, are inherently multifaceted, and all the aforementioned aspects are integral to their composite nature. In current wars, focusing on the military aspect should not prevent us from paying attention to other aspects of war, because in this case, it is as if we have ignored a part or front of the war. This point is worth noting in terms of both attack and defense. Hybrid warfare makes the most and most diverse use of artificial intelligence tools. Today, artificial intelligence acts as one of the primary tools in hybrid warfare. |
