Abstract: (19 Views) |
Stress is an inseparable part of human life. It is the physiological, psychological, and emotional response of an individual to internal and external processes, events, or any disruptive changes that disturb the physical and mental balance of a person, leading to rapid emotional, mood, and behavioral changes. Stress is a response to any factor that takes an individual out of balance and can visibly harm a person's body and mind. A certain amount of stress, worry, fear, and anxiety in life is not only bad, but it can also be helpful and prepare the individual to cope with ongoing threats in life and have a plan for them. However, when this stress, worry, fear, and anxiety intensify and persist in wartime conditions, it goes beyond the normal state and becomes pathological, triggering various reactions, including physical, cognitive, emotional, and behavioral responses.
