fa نقش معنویت در مراقبت از کودکان مبتلا به سرطان: مرور روایتی سلامت معنوی Spiritual Health مروری Review <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">زمینه و هدف:</span></b> <span lang="FA">ابتلای کودک به سرطان با مجموعه‌&shy;ای از تجربیات تنش&shy;‌زا و درد و رنج قابل توجه برای کودک و اعضای خانواده وی همراه است. در این شرایط، یکی از استراتژی&shy;‌هایی که کودکان و نوجوانان مبتلا به سرطان جهت مقابله با فرایند بیماری از آن استفاده می&shy;‌کنند، مقابله معنوی است که با هدف مدیریت استرس و مقابله با موقعیت&shy;‌های بحرانی انجام می&shy;‌شود. بنابراین، اعضای تیم بهداشت و درمان باید از نقش معنویت در مراقبت از کودکان مبتلا به سرطان آگاهی کافی داشته و ارائه مراقبت&shy;‌های معنوی به کل خانواده را مدنظر قرار دهند.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">روش</span>‌</b><b><span lang="FA">ها:</span></b> <span lang="FA">پژوهش حاضر از نوع مرور روایتی است که در سال 1402 با هدف بررسی و شناسایی نقش معنویت در مراقبت از کودکان مبتلا به سرطان انجام شد. جهت یافتن مطالعات مرتبط، کلیدواژه&shy;‌های مربوطه در پایگاه&shy;‌های علمی فارسی و انگلیسی زبان جست و جو شد. در مجموع 6 مقاله به زبان فارسی و 42 مقاله به زبان انگلیسی استخراج شد. پس از بررسی این مقالات از نظر معیارهای ورود و خروج، 1 مقاله به زبان فارسی و 12 مقاله به زبان انگلیسی وارد مطالعه شدند و نتایج آن&shy;ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">یافته‌ها: </span></b><span lang="FA">پس از بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج مطالعات وارد شده به پژوهش حاضر، نقش معنویت در سرطان کودکان در پنج حیطه اصلی امیدواری، مقابله با شرایط ایجاد شده به دلیل ابتلای کودک به بیماری، دست&shy;یابی به صلح و آرامش درونی، دریافت حمایت و پذیرش شرایط ایجاد شده به دلیل بیماری کودک دسته‌&shy;بندی شد</span><span lang="AR-SA">.</span><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></b></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"> نتایج به&shy;‌دست آمده در پژوهش حاضر می‌&shy;تواند جهت ارائه مراقبت&shy;‌های کل&shy;‌نگر و با کیفیت (از جمله مراقبت&shy;‌های معنوی) به کودکان مبتلا به سرطان و اعضای خانواده آن&shy;ها، مورد توجه اعضای کادر درمان و همچنین مدیران و سیاست&shy;گذاران نظام سلامت قرار گیرد.</span></span> <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Background and Aim: </b>Diagnosing a child with cancer is associated with a series of stressful experiences and significant suffering for the child and family members. In such situations, one of the strategies that children with cancer use to deal with the disease process is spiritual coping, which aims at managing stress and dealing with critical situations. Therefore, healthcare professionals should have sufficient knowledge regarding the role of spirituality in the care of children with cancer and consider providing spiritual care to the whole family.</span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Methods:</b> The current research is a narrative review that was conducted in 2023 to investigate and identify the role of spirituality in the care of children with cancer. To access related studies, relevant keywords were searched in Persian and English databases. A total of 6 articles in the Farsi language and 42 articles in the English language were extracted.
