fa تهیه و تنظیم سرفصل های الگویابی آموزشی سلامت معنوی در نظام آموزش پزشکی سلامت معنوی Spiritual Health پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">زمینه و هدف:</span></b> <span lang="FA">ضرورت و نیاز جامعه پزشکی</span><span lang="AR-SA"> به جنبه&shy;‌های معنوی در نظام آموزش پزشکی کشور و</span> <span lang="AR-SA">آموزش نحوه پرداختن به آن، در حال ایجاد می‌&shy;باشد. در این مطالعه با هدف تدوین سرفصل&shy;‌های آموزشی ویژه جامعه پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی، برنامه آموزش سلامت معنوی مبتنی بر رویکرد</span> <span lang="AR-SA">اسلامی، طراحی شده است</span><span lang="FA">.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">روش</span>‌</b><b><span lang="FA">ها:</span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">در این مطالعه در طی سال‌&shy;های 1399 تا 1401 با مروری بر منابع و پژوهش‌&shy;های مربوط به مهارت‌&shy;های معنوی و معنویت در سلامت، رویکردهای کل&shy;نگر و نظام&shy;‌مند به انسان، گام&shy;‌های تدوین سرفصل&shy;‌های آموزشی متناسب با نیازسنجی صورت گرفته، برداشته شد و اهداف و راهبردهای آموزشی بر اساس سرفصل&shy;‌ها تدوین شد. روش تایید محتوای آموزشی در 5 پنل اختصاصی با حضور 13 کارشناس متخصص در حوزه سلامت معنوی، آموزشی و برنامه&shy;‌ریزی مورد تایید قرار گرفت</span><span lang="FA">.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">یافته‌ها: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">راهبرد آموزشی سلامت و مراقبت معنوی در قالب 5 محور تعیین شد. آشنایی با اهمیت، چرایی و ضرورت سلامت و مراقبت معنوی در کار بالینی، مفهوم&shy;‌شناسی و مبانی سلامت معنوی با رویکرد اسلامی، راهنمای بالینی در سلامت و مراقبت معنوی، مهارت&shy;‌های لازم در سلامت معنوی، آشنایی با انواع مراقبت</span><span dir="LTR">&shy;</span><span lang="AR-SA">های معنوی، از جمله این محورها می‌باشد.</span><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></b></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">آموزش پزشکی در ایران در عین برخورداری از ویژگی&shy;‌های ممتاز، ضعف&shy;‌ها و کاستی&shy;‌های مهمی دارد. از جمله آموزش سلامت و مراقبت معنوی در دوران آموزش در دانشگاه&shy;‌های علوم پزشکی است. نوشتار حاضر که مبتنی بر کنکاش علمی و تجارب بالینی اساتید متخصص با رویکرد اسلامی در راستای دانش‌&shy;افزایی آموزشی و کسب مهارت&shy;‌های لازم متناسب بانیازهای معنوی جامعه پزشکی می‌&shy;باشد، گامی در رفع این کاستی است</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span></span> <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Background and Aim: </b>The necessity and need of the medical community for spiritual aspects in the country&#39;s medical education system and how to deal with it is being created. In this study, a spiritual health education program based on the Islamic approach has been designed to compile educational topics for the medical community of the University of Medical Sciences.</span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Methods:</b> In this study, from 2020 to 2022, with a review of sources and research related to spiritual skills and spirituality in health, holistic and systematic approaches to human beings, steps were taken to develop educational topics according to needs assessment, and the aims and educational strategies were developed based on the headings. The method of approving educational content was approved in 5 dedicated panels with the presence of 13 experts in the field of spiritual health, education, and planning. </span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Results:</b> The educational strategy of health and spiritual care was determined in the form of 5 axes. Familiarity with the importance, why and necessity of health and spiritual care in clinical work, conceptualization and basics of spiritual health with Islamic approach, clinical guide in health and spiritual care, necessary skills in spiritual health, familiarity with types of spiritual care, from It is the sentence of these axes. </span><br> <b>Conclusion: </b>Medical education in Iran, while having excellent features, has important weaknesses and shortcomings. It includes health education and spiritual care during training in medical universities.
