Given that the relationship between physical health, mental health, and spiritual health is regarded as one of the fundamental issues in today's society, it is essential to pay more attention to the importance and role of spiritual health in improving patient outcomes and promoting health in scientific studies and research. Spiritual health directly impacts two categories of physical illnesses with psychological origins: psychosomatic illnesses and conversion disorder. While these diseases are related to the mind-body connection, they differ in nature, symptoms, and underlying mechanisms. |
